Bill has served as the Director of TIAA Kaspick’s Technical Consulting group since 2012.  He provides tax and technical advice to Kaspick and its clients in all aspects of estate and gift planning, income tax issues, and trust administration.  He serves as the legal expert to a number of charitable affinity groups and regularly presents on a variety of topics at events across the country.  Bill holds a BA in political science from the California State University, Chico.  He received his JD from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and his LL.M in Tax from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, CA.
