Timothy J. Watson is a partner at Watson & Machado LLP in Menlo Park and a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He regularly advises individuals and families on creating comprehensive estate plans, looking at such issues as wealth transfer, family dynamics, planning for incapacity and tax planning. Mr. Watson has extensive experience both working at and advising nonprofit organizations as a founder, board member and attorney. He holds a B.A. from Boston College and a law degree from the University of California, Davis.
